It is an honor and a privilege to blog with the likes of Mark and Polar Bear. I have choosen the name Desert Bear because it accurately reflects my beer drinking lifestyle and my sense of humor -- DRY. Despite my complete indifference to beer and the brewing process, I am always up for a good laugh, and the very thought of this blog is good for at least one laugh a day. Who will win? Desert Bear vs. Polar Bear in the battle of their lives. Would it depend on where they fought? (it seems like desert bear would have an advantage in the desert)
